Terms of Service

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these Terms under the laws that apply where you live. If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that any information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to use the Services in your jurisdiction.

3. User Content

You remain responsible for any content, files, text, media, or other materials you choose to submit, upload, store, or process through the Services ( “ User Content ” ).

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your User Content with the Services and that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, to the extent needed to operate the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services and fulfilling your requests.

We may remove or restrict access to User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Services, including their software, design, features, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services as described in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from any part of the Services unless we give you prior written permission or the law allows it.

6 . Third-Party Services

The Services may work with Apple platform services and other third-party providers. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

If we ever add tools or services that involve advertising, cross-app tracking, or similar data practices, we will request any permissions required by applicable law or Apple policy.

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services that are not controlled by us.

7 . Service Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or other events may affect access from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “ as is ” and “ as available ” basis.

We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.

You use the Services at your own risk. We are not responsible for losses caused by your device, your network, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
